Anyone who knows someone who deserves better support:

  • Support Coordinators & LACs
  • Allied health professionals

  • Participants themselves

🎯 Who Should You Refer?

 

Someone who:

  • Is aged 16–45

  • Has NDIS™ funding

  • Lives in Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, or Hunter Valley

  • Needs psychosocial mentoring, community access, or help building structure

  • May have complex behaviours, low motivation, anxiety, or disengagement

We work best with participants who haven’t “fit the mould” with other providers.
