Private teen confidence coaching for parents across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & the Central Coast.
8‑Week Performance & Confidence Intensive for Teens
For parents of smart-but-stuck teens (13–18) who are over the fights about phones, school and motivation — and want a plan that actually sticks at home.
Does this sound like your house?
You've tried the talks. The consequences. The "just get off the phone." It works for about three days — then you're back to square one.
This is for you if:
- Your teen is glued to a screen and shuts down the second you try to talk.
- Mornings, school or homework turn into a fight most days.
- You've tried everything — consequences, rewards, "just talking" — and nothing lasts past Wednesday.
- You want a calmer house and a teen who's actually motivated, not another "communicate better" lecture.
This is not for:
- You're after therapy, a diagnosis or medication changes.
- Your teen can't hold a basic back-and-forth conversation.
- You want a magic fix without changing anything at home.
What we do in 8 weeks
We don't try to fix everything. We pick what matters and make it stick.
- Pick 1–2 real battles — like mornings and screens — instead of going to war on all of it.
- Get your teen actually talking — about what feels fair to them, not just what you want to hear.
- Agree on 2–3 clear house rules — and exactly what happens when they're broken.
- Hand you the words for the explosions — so you're not improvising, angry, at 7am.
- Test it in real life — adjust, then lock in a routine you can keep running long after week 8.
A plan built around your actual house — not a generic parenting script.
Program Overview
How It Works
Step 1 — Parent Clarity Call (20 minutes).
We map what's really going on, what you've tried, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you straight.
Step 2 — The 8-week intensive.
- Weekly 1:1 teen sessions — building trust, hearing their side, and agreeing on changes they can actually live with.
- Fortnightly parent sessions — refining the rules and routines, and scripting the hard conversations in your own words.
- Between-session support — on set days each week, message "this just blew up — what now?" and get a specific answer, not a guess.
Step 3 — Final plan & follow-through.
You leave with a written Home Game Plan, clear rules, and a simple playbook for the next 3–6 months. You keep running it. Want more help later? We can talk then.
What you walk away with
By the end of the 8 weeks, you'll have:
Home Game Plan (1–2 pages) –
two or three house rules, routines and consequences everyone understands.
Script bank for flashpoints –
wording for the hardest moments: mornings, screens, school and social blow-ups.
Between‑session support –
set days each week to message when something kicks off.
30‑day follow‑up check‑in –
a voice note or short call once you've run the plan for a month.
Why this, not more nagging or more appointments?
Most parents I talk to say the same thing:
“We’ve had the talks. We know what we should do. We just can’t get it to stick.”
This sits between "just talk at home" and "another long-term clinic appointment." It's short, practical, and built around what actually happens in your kitchen, your car and your lounge room.
You bring what's true in your house. I bring what I've seen work across teens like yours. Together we build a plan everyone can actually follow.
Investment and spots
For our first private intakes:
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Format: online or in‑person (depending on location)
- Places: 3–5 families per intake
- Investment: most families invest $1,500–$2,000 for the 8 weeks. We confirm exact options on your Clarity Call.
This is private and self-funded — no plans, no funding bodies, no waitlists.
Quick questions parents ask
We understand you may have questions about our program. Here are some answers to help you make an informed decision.
Will this replace therapy?
No. If your teen's in therapy, we work alongside it. We focus on the day-to-day — routines, conversations and what happens at home.
Does my teen need to want this?
They don't have to be excited. They just can't be dead against it. If they'll give it a go, we can usually get them talking.
What if it doesn’t “fix” everything?
We don't promise a perfect teen. We promise a clear plan, agreed rules, and better tools for the hard moments. Most families feel the shift because they finally stop guessing.
How involved am I as the parent?
Very. The fortnightly parent sessions and the scripts are what make the changes stick once I'm out of the picture.
What makes this different from other programs?
Small intakes, a plan built around your actual house, and a founder who's done this with teens like yours — not a course you work through alone.
What happens after 8 weeks?
You keep running the plan yourself. If it makes sense down the track, we can talk about ongoing mentoring with my team.
Take the first step
A calmer house starts with a 20-minute conversation. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you.
